Many of our items are handcrafted and may contain natural gemstones. As such, minor variations in color, size (±0.25mm), or weight (±3%) are normal and not considered defects.

We ship globally from Dubai. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import regulations may apply depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and for paying any applicable fees. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.
