At Yash Jewel, we are committed to providing not only exceptional craftsmanship in every piece of jewelry but also a reliable and transparent customer experience. We understand that purchasing fine jewelry is a meaningful investment, and we want you to feel confident and secure in every transaction.
This policy outlines the conditions under which you may return, exchange, or cancel your order. It is designed to be fair, clear, and aligned with the consumer protection regulations applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To ensure that your request is processed successfully, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with no signs of damage or alteration.
All original packaging, including jewelry boxes, certificates of authenticity, warranties, and tags, must be returned in full.
Items must not have been resized, modified, or engraved after delivery, either by Yash Jewel or a third party.
Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items are not eligible for returns, but may qualify for exchange under limited circumstances (see Section 2 below).
All returns and exchanges must be pre-approved by our customer service team. Please contact us at support@yashjewel.com before shipping any item back. Unapproved returns or exchanges will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Upon approval, we will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions. Please do not send items back to the address on your original package, as this is not our designated return location.
All returned items must be shipped using a tracked and insured courier service.
Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
Yash Jewel is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a reputable courier and retaining the tracking number.
If your original purchase included free gifts or promotional items, they must also be returned in original condition. If they are not returned, their full retail value will be deducted from the final refund amount.
The following types of items are not eligible for return or refund:
Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
Custom-designed jewelry, including pieces that have been engraved, resized, personalized, or made-to-order specifically for you.
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage, including scratches, dents, or missing parts.
Any items that have been exchanged or replaced from a prior return or exchange request.
Jewelry that has been repaired or altered by a third party.
In limited cases, made-to-order or custom-sized pieces may be exchanged for another product, subject to a 30% restocking and remanufacturing fee. Please contact our team for more information on eligibility.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will conduct a thorough quality inspection. If the item meets all the return criteria, your refund will be processed within five (5) business days.
Refunds may be issued in either of the following forms:
Original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, or PayPal)
Store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
If you paid customs duties or VAT upon receiving the item, those fees are not refundable by Yash Jewel.
For refunds to the original payment method, please notify us at the time of initiating your return. If you do not specify, we will issue store credit by default.
We understand that plans may change shortly after placing your order. We offer the following cancellation options based on how much time has passed since your order was placed:
Within 24 hours of order placement: Full cancellation and full refund of the order value.
Between 24–48 hours: Partial refund, including 100% of the shipping cost and 80% of the product value.
After 48 hours but before shipment: Partial refund, including 100% of the shipping cost and 50% of the product value.
After shipment has occurred: Cancellations are no longer possible. You must follow the return process after receiving the item.

This policy complies with the United Arab Emirates Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 24 of 2006), as well as any updates under the Ministry of Economy’s regulatory framework. Under UAE law, consumers are entitled to:
Accurate product descriptions and quality assurance
The right to refund or exchange products with manufacturing defects
The right to transparent return, exchange, and warranty terms
