Your estimated delivery timeframe is calculated as follows:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We take pride in crafting many of our pieces to order, which ensures the highest quality and attention to detail. Please consider both processing and shipping time when estimating when your order will arrive.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Made-to-Order or Customized Items: Processing may take between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the design or requested personalization.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details to monitor the shipment’s progress.

3. Shipping & Delivery Options

3.1 Domestic UAE Shipping

  • Standard Delivery within the UAE: 1 to 2 business days for major cities (e.g., Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah).

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer depending on courier availability.

  • Free Delivery: Applicable on all domestic orders valued above AED 300.

3.2 International Shipping

We ship globally to most countries using trusted international courier services. Shipping timelines vary based on location:

  • Standard International Delivery: 5 to 10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Free International Shipping: Available on all orders above USD 99.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs inspections or delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Details and Requirements

  • Carriers Used: We ship with reliable carriers including Aramex, DHL, FedEx, and Emirates Post.

  • Signature Requirement: For your protection, orders valued over AED 1100 or USD 300 will require an adult signature upon delivery.

  • Delivery to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses: We accommodate deliveries to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses whenever possible, although processing and delivery may take longer for such destinations.

  • Customs and Regulatory Delays: We strive to minimize delays, but are not responsible for circumstances outside our control, such as customs processing, natural events, or public holidays.

5. Dubai-Based Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled from our operations center in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This allows for faster processing and enhanced delivery times across the GCC region, particularly for UAE-based customers.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in your purchase price and must be paid separately upon receipt of the goods.

Yash Jewel is not liable for any customs-related fees or delays and cannot intervene with local customs authorities on your behalf.
